The item was a print on canvas and not an actual painting, but the seller seemed to be genuinely confused by it as well and was very honest in their listing. Item arrived in good condition with barely any scratches, so they did a good job with packaging. Wish they had shown a little more patience before messaging about payment, though, especially considering the delay in shipping after payment was made. However, all-in-all, this was a pleasant transaction.
